Suggested Classic Cocktail. Manhattan. Irish Coffee.
Suggested Spirit Pairing. Bourbon. Rye. Rum.
Contains. Alcohol, Water, Organic Herbs & Spices
A delightful balance of stone fruit notes, roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and vanilla, Honest John’s Coffee + Cherry Bitters are the result of a serendipitous sourcing collaboration with Utah partner Publik Coffee, using their superlative Miles Goodyear’s Cabin whole bean roast. Evokes campfire coffee doctored with glug of whiskey and enjoyed with freshly toasted cherry pastries. Both savored as the sun slowly rises over a high mountain glacial lake. Phenomenal in cocktail recipes calling for coffee bitters, but most especially striking when paired with barrel-aged spirits with some gumption, like bourbon, rye, or rum. Coffee + Cherry Bitters sing in classic cocktail presentations such as the Manhattan or Old Fashioned, and their presence significantly elevates a tailgate coffee bar.

Irish Coffee with a generous glug of spirits is the epitome of comfort in a mug. Equally delicious served from a clandestine thermos smuggled into the bleachers of a ballgame (we’ll never tell) or cozied up at a wilderness campfire on a blustery night.
