Clean, bright, zingy, and fragrant, Honest John Lemongrass Cardamom Bitters have surprising versatility extending beyond the bar cart. While they’re indeed a superlative addition to a classic Margarita, Daiquiri, or when used in a slew of tropical cocktail applications, Lemongrass Cardamom Bitters add zip to a scoop of gelato and bring nuance to kitchen basics like lemon bars. While grassy lemon notes are the undeniable queen of this particular flavor rodeo, a supporting court of green cardamom, gentian, Devil’s Claw, and pink peppercorn have significant roles. [Author’s note: Dab a few drops of these bitters on one’s pulse points in the instance of a fragrance emergency. Say, for when a long-lost bull riding love interest re-appears across a crowded room. A purely hypothetical example, of course.]
Made With Organic Herbs & Spices Sourced From Our Home—The Mountain West

As described in Casino Royale, this recipe makes for a very 007 Bond-worthy beverage, though we prefer our martinis stirred, not shaken. A scintillating sipper for anyone going undercover. Or over the covers. We’re not judging.
