Ginger Apple Cider

2 Oz Apple Cider

3 Lemon Wedges

3 Dashes Honest John Bitters 

Ginger Beer

Place lemon wedges in bottom of a rocks glass. Saturate lemon with bitters, and muddle to express juice from lemons. Add apple cider and draft ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with Slice Of apple and candied ginger.
