Sazerac

1.5 Oz Rye Whiskey

1 Sugar Cube

7 Dashes Honest John Bitters

1 Lemon Twist

Drop sugar cube into a stirring glass and saturate with Honest John NOLA Bitters. Muddle until dissolved. Add Rye whiskey to glass. Stir in cracked ice for 25-30 seconds, and strain into an absinthe-rinsed sazerac glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
