4 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Slivered Almonds
1 Cup Raisins
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Cup Canola Oil
5 Tsp. Honest John Nola Bitters
1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Salt
Turn on the oven at 325 degrees. Combine the oil, syrup, cinnamon, bitters, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until the oil mixes completely into the syrup and there are no cinnamon lumps. Add all your dry ingredients into the bowl and mix until everything is well coated. Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet with a rubber spatula. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring at half way. Allow the granola to cool before transferring into an airtight container and storing for up to 2 months somewhere dry.
