1.5 Oz Rye

0.5 Oz Rum

0.25 Oz Pear Brandy

0.5 Oz Vanilla Bean Syrup

0.5 Oz Mead

3 Dashes Honest John Rosemary Bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. stir to dilute and combine. strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel and sprig of rosemary.
